Ken WayKen has been working to improve the performance of individuals and teams in the worlds of business and sport for more than 25 years - his client list giving testament to his expertise. His relaxed and highly adaptable approach enables him to work effectively with individuals and teams from a wide range of backgrounds and experience.

His career includes three years work as a research psychologist in the human performance arena and this, coupled with qualifications and experience in a wide range of approaches, enables him to help others create greatly improved levels of performance.

His early career saw him engaged in academic research in ‘Games Analysis’ - completing projects for the UK Government’s ‘Sports Council’ and others gaining qualifications and experience in a wide range of approaches, before working in the sports industry. Today, his company, VisionSports Ltd., specialises in working with individuals and teams at the top of their game in both the business and sport's worlds.

Business: He is an experienced coach and trainer in the business world - working with such companies as BBC, BOC, British Aerospace, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Fujitsu-Siemens, Hasbro, House of Fraser, Johnson & Johnson, Marks & Spencer, Nationwide, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, RAF, Rolls Royce, Tube Lines, Walt Disney, Zurich and many other organisations. His has a specialist and wide experience of human performance topics and creating customised management development programmes.

Sport: In the sports world his client list includes British, Commonwealth and World Champions - his experience includes working with six professional soccer teams (at International, Premiership and Championship levels - plus working with international soccer players from more than 40 different countries), rugby and cricket teams, sailing (including world champions and world record holders), squash (including world champions), golf, tennis, horse riding, fencing, badminton, martial arts, shooting,  and many more. He was also chosen as the sports psychologist for Channel 4’s ‘The Games’.

Speaking: Ken has spoken at many conferences and given presentations and short workshops to many organisations. His ability to draw connections between sport and business goes down well with audiences – as does his humour and passion for excellence in human performance. January 2011 saw the release of Ken’s first book entitled ‘Mental Mastery: Tried and tested techniques for exceptional sports performance’.
