What are the roots of Mental Mastery?

The Mental Mastery approach is based on the most applicable and appropriate elements from the worlds of sports psychology, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming - and a lot more. (For the record, 'Neuro-Linguistic Programming' was first coined by Alfred Korzybski and the term was adopted by Dr. Richard Bandler and Dr. John Grinder when they created NLP). Mental Mastery does lean heavily on NLP but adds some of the most fruitful and practical concepts from other disciplines, notably sports psychology.

Perhaps more importantly, the 'Mental Mastery' approach has been tried and tested in the arena where it matters - with professional sportsmen and women at the very top of their game.
