MENTAL MASTERY TRAINING

This suite of well-crafted programmes has been specifically designed to give you the very best tools and techniques for understanding and working with the mental side of sport. Each of the techniques has been proven at the highest levels of competitive sport. They are easy to use, very effective and readily adapted to different sports and situations. Developed from the approach of the 'Mental Mastery' book by Ken Way you will gain the very latest practical sports psychology techniques - allowing you to fully understand and use them for yourself and/or someone you coach.

There are four training programmes on offer:
i) MMP: Mental Mastery Programme. -Suited to sportsmen and women of all disciplines.

ii) EMMP: Elite Mental Mastery Programme. - Suited to all professional sportsmen and women who wish to take their game to the very top.

iii) NLPC: Neuro-Linguistic Performance Coach. - Ideal for those who wish to improve the quality and level of their coaching in respect of mental performance.

iv) Advanced NLPC:- For those who wish to take their coaching to a truly fascinating level – dealing with seemingly intractable problems as well as taking sportsmen and women well beyond what they thought was possible.
